Getting There

Flights from Milan, Geneva and Turin are all possible with Geneva and Turin being the most popular.

From Geneva transfers are available direct to Aosta town.

From Turin transfers are available but the bus /train journey is cheap and easy.

We made the train journey from Turin and found it was simple.

From Turin airport, just to the left of the exit we bought a ‘Sadem’ bus ticket for €6.50 to Porto Susa train station.

At Porto Susa station we bought a €9 ‘Trenitalia’ ticket to Aosta.

There is no direct train and you must change at Ivrea.

It’s really simple and the train was waiting on the same track (North).

From the train station, it’s a short walk to the hotel.
